The purpose of this website is to provide you with information to enable you to find the best in holiday and travel services. Your use of this service is subject to the following terms which, by your use of the service, you are deemed to accept:

Booking form
Clients will be required to sign and return a booking form once a booking is confirmed. We will then send you an acknowledgment and receipt. Please note that any incorrect information on this receipt should be brought to the attention of our Administration Department within 7 days of the issue date of the document.
Flight Times,Tickets and Departure Taxes
Flight times shown are provisional and may be subject to change, as per the tour operators/airlines booking conditions.
We recommend you reconfirm your flight times 48 hours prior to departure on both your outward and homeward journeys as per the tour operators/airlines instructions as changes to flight times may be made during your time abroad.
Tickets or vouchers are generally issued by the supplier between 10 to 14 days prior to travel, however they do reserve the right to issue documents on departure at the airport. Please contact us one week prior to departure if your travel documents have not been received.
Certain countries expect travellers to pay a departure tax locally. It is important that you are aware of and prepared for this to avoid problems locally during your journey.
Insurance
We recommend that all passengers take out adequate travel insurance. It is a condition of booking with most tour operators that adequate insurance cover is arranged and some airlines or tour operators may deny you from travelling if proof of insurance cannot be provided.
If you are participating in a wildlife activity holiday it is imperative that you advise the insurance company of this fact. Failure to do this could result in the policy being void.
Lead passenger
The person making the booking (lead passenger) must be aged 18 years or over and must accept responsibility for all members of the party travelling.
It is the responsibility of the lead passenger to disclose facts about any passengers that may affect their ability to travel. Particular regard should be paid to the following; a) Criminal Offences (USA Visitors - Persons wishing to travel to the USA that have any criminal records including driving offences, must declare these at the time of booking the holiday) and b) previous deportations from the country/countries that you are visiting.
Passports and Visas
Some countries require your passport to remain valid for a minimum period after the return to the UK. (usually 6 months). If your passport is in its final year of validity, you should check with the embassy of the country you are visiting, otherwise travel may be denied. As it is not possible to claim against your insurance cover should travel be refused under these circumstances, we suggest that you allow plenty of time to make these checks.
British passport holders travelling to the USA under the Visa Waiver Programme will need their own machine-readable passport. For further information about passport and visa requirements from the US Embassy, then please visit the following web link:

Visa and passport requirements change frequently, as does travel advice, therefore Noah’s Ark Travel strongly recommend that you check with the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Passport Office and relevant embassy to check you have the correct documentation. Payments
A deposit is payable at the time of booking. Please note that balances of payments due must be received by Noah’s Ark Travel no later than 12 weeks prior to departure.
We reserve the right to levy a handling charge of up to 3% of the transaction value where payments are made by credit card. No fee is charged for debit cards, including Solo and Maestro.
Price changes
The prices shown on this website are valid at the time of input, however we reserve the right to change our prices or other details at any time. Prices may go up or down. Our sales consultants will confirm the correct price or advise of any amendments before the booking is confirmed.
All holiday and flight prices quoted are in pounds sterling and include all taxes unless otherwise stated. Ticket on departure and/or resort transfer charges may apply to selected holidays. Your Travel Advisor will inform you of any extra charges at the time of booking.
Tour Operators
Holidays and flights advertised in this website are bound by the terms and conditions of the relevant Tour Operators and are subject to availability.
Each Tour Operator or Airline reserves the right to change holiday details and/or flight and routes.

Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible in the information we provide on these pages, we shall not be liable for any price changes and losses or damages you may suffer arising out of your use of the information on this Web site. We advise you to check all holiday and flight details at the time of booking.

In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements we need to use the information you provide such as name, address, any special needs/dietary requirements etc.
We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as your tour operator, airlines, hotels, transport companies etc. The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law. We may also contact you from time to time with details of any special offers that we may have available. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive these.
Additionally, where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. We will not, however, pass any information onto any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements. If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide your booking. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.
Usually your tour operator or other principal will pass this information onto their suppliers once we have provided it to them. The tour operator or other principal’s use of your information is subject to their policy, both in respect of your booking and any future marketing, and is their responsibility. Please ask either us or them for a copy of this if you would like to see it.
